Welcome to Lorraine Bed and Breakfast website. We have four and occasionally five bed spaces and in our case small is beautiful. We aim to make our guests feel comfortable and at home, without undue fuss. Because of our central location people come here for all sorts of reasons; for example visitors to Stirling University or Stirling Management Centre on the university campus, people touring Scotland, visiting relatives or attending weddings and events at Edinburgh Festival.
Aside from all these reasons for coming here, Bridge of Allan itself is an enjoyable place to be. There is a range of excellent shops, and walks through beautiful scenery are on the doorstep. You can stroll along the banks of the Allan Water, from which Bridge of Allan takes its name, and for more rigorous walking the Ochil Hills can be reached without the need of a car journey. John walks regularly with a group of friends and can offer advice about where to go. We are in the centre of an area steeped in history, and are ideally located as a base for touring further afield.
We are surrounded by other Victorian villas with mature gardens and trees, and to the south we look over the Carse of Stirling with stunning views towards Stirling and the West. Whatever your reasons for coming here, we are sure you will feel relaxed and happy in this environment.
